I welcome you to share your story, heal, and feel empowered through counseling. I am here to actively listen to your story, focus on your strengths, and assist you to improve your overall well-being.

I have 13 years of experience providing mental health counseling in the home, school, and community mental health settings. I specialize in using cognitive behavior therapy, experiential techniques, and mind-body approach to therapy.

I work with a range of issues affecting children and adolescents including school problems, interpersonal relationships, grief, social problems, emotion regulation, and relationship-family concerns. Furthermore, I provide a holistic approach to therapy with adults to manage women’s issues, chronic illnesses, grief, and traumatic stress. I work from a collaborative, trauma and culture-informed approach, integrating a variety of theories and techniques based on the client’s unique personality and needs.

Life is full of ups and downs, twists and turns, and times when you feel like you’ve been given more than you can handle. This is also when you can feel the most vulnerable and have the greatest opportunity for growth.

Every moment creates the story about who you are. It matters how you view these moments (good and bad) because they validate you to become who you are meant to be. It is my purpose to support you to move past road blocks by moving one block at a time until the path is clear. I would be honored for you to share your story with me so we can begin the 2nd chapter that you write with full control.

I offer an open, positive, and nonjudgmental environment that will meet you where you are. I will provide guidance, focused and directed by you.  My 20 years of experience has been diverse from medical, hospice, crisis management, chronic and terminal illness, grief and loss, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and conflict resolution where I have worked with individuals, couples, and families.  I have been a counselor in a children’s grief camp for over 10 years. I have experience in working with all ages with particular interests in adults, elderly, and young adults.

My passion is to support you, while balancing and maintaining your health and wellness, and help you to improve your life through your connection to mind, body, and soul. I will strive to help you build the tools and skills for coping with life transitions based on your own strengths and capabilities. I look forward to empowering you for growth and so that you can flourish in life. Because you are worth it!

Life is inherently a stressful place, but with an increased understanding of ourselves, we can hope to develop coping mechanisms, communication skills, and relationship skills to engage in a productive and fulfilling life. I work with couples, young adults experiencing disordered eating concerns, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and social justice issues. I strive to create a safe space for clients to explore and process their goals and concerns.

My treatment approach varies depending on client preferences and goals, however, I often use skills and elements derived from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. My hope is to provide support for clients in a non-judgmental environment that encourages and fosters healing.

Engaging in therapy is a vulnerable process, hence finding a therapist you are comfortable with is crucial. I encourage you to reach out for a brief phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit for you as it would be a privilege to be a part of your therapeutic journey.

Jamie Eversole, LISW-S

I have been dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys in private practice since 2014. I have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety and panic, body image issues and disordered eating, attachment issues, and behaviors such as perfectionism, people pleasing, enabling, substance abuse, and self-harm.

My primary therapeutic approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), which aids clients in understanding the different parts of themselves and resolving inner conflicts. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, an effective method for processing and healing trauma, and iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation, which promotes a sense of well-being and peace.

In addition to my therapy practice, I have been a certified yoga teacher since 2013. My background in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness deeply informs my therapeutic work, allowing me to offer a holistic approach to mental health that encompasses both the mind and body.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I trust in my clients’ ability to find their answers within themselves and feel privileged to be a guide in that process.

Robyn Storer, LISW-S

People seek counseling for any number of reasons and I consider it a privilege that I might be invited into a client's life to provide support during times of change, healing, and growth.

My approach involves a warm and relaxed attitude towards counseling, truly listening to your story, non-judgement, focusing on strengths, and helping to shift the negative beliefs that are preventing you from living a happier and fuller life. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship/family concerns, grief and loss, trauma, women's issues, and self-esteem/self-empowerment.

Treatments used in therapy depend largely on the individual client's unique personality and needs. I believe in a holistic approach to well being, which involves treating and balancing the mind, body and spirit in order to be your best self.
