Self Love Sanctuary
Join Grace for the second annual workshop centered around self care, self love, and self compassion.
Fresh carrot-ginger wellness shot offering upon arrival followed by a short arrival meditation designed to open the heart chakra. Other activities include pranayama (breath), vinyasa yoga, The Art of Eating Chocolate active meditation and a guided imagery meditation to close the session together.
This evening experience is curated to leave you feeling refreshed with a new sense of appreciation for the self | this serves as a gentle reminder that while you do not need to earn rest, you do deserve to have it.
