
Hot Sculpt Series
Devote time to you as we prepare to usher in Spring with the help of the long-standing HOT SCULPT series at Kula led by Kristina Fortney, yoga instructor & personal trainer.
8 sessions over 4 weeks: Tues/Thurs at 6am. The 50 minute sessions, held in a 90* room, include powerful yoga flows, strength building exercises with hand weights and a cool down into Savasana to round out your morning workout.
