Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction.
We’ll circle up, discuss what Reiki is and where we are on our Reiki journeys, and then you’ll receive this harmonizing energy.
Those new to Reiki as well as experienced practitioners of all lineages are welcome.
This event will be led by Reiki Master Teacher Elizabeth Wood, who has taught and shared Reiki through Kula since 2021.
