Community matters; that’s why we’ve partnered with Mental Health America to host a bi-weekly, peer led support group for those who struggle with anxiety. In addition to the support of sitting and connecting with people who are walking similar paths, this group offers the added benefit of being close to home and full of people who understand the community context of your situation.
