We are partnering with Sarah Stacy of Body Logic to host a viewing party of the documentary The M-Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause, the first documentary film that addresses the marginalized and ignored health crisis faced by millions of women as they face and go through menopause.
Jamie and Robyn, owners of Kula Yoga and Wellness, are passionate about women's health and believe this topic is not discussed nearly enough.
This event is FREE! We will gather, share in snacks and drinks, watch the documentary, and share in community and discussion.
This event does not include movement or yoga and will not require your yoga mat! If you'd like, bring a blanket or bolsters for comfort as we transform the studio space into a "movie night."
